About repairing lights

We accept repairs and maintenance for broken KOKOIST lights.

♦Repairable light (warranty period: 1 year from date of purchase)

・Leblanc Cordless Light LED & UV

・Leblanc Cordless Light LED only

・ Infinity LED & UV Light

・Infinity LED only

♦Lights that cannot be repaired (free replacement within the warranty period)

・Stick light & flexible holder (LED & UV)

Beetle Cordless LED & UV light *Warranty period: 6 months from date of purchase

・Milkcake Mini Light (LED)※ Warranty period: 3 months from date of purchase

♦Notes regarding repairs

*Please be sure to check before contacting us for repairs.

・The warranty period for repairs is one year. If the warranty period has expired or if the warranty card has been lost, repairs will be at your expense.

・We will need to confirm the store and location of your purchase. Please check before contacting us.

- If we find evidence of excessive negligence on the part of the customer or evidence of any tampering on your part, we may refuse to repair the product.

- Regarding repair costs, after you send the product to the repair center, we will confirm the estimate by phone or email.

We do not lend out replacement machines.

Repairs will take approximately 3 to 7 business days.
